Which tool do I need?
Printing is all about real dimensions. However right it looks on screen, printing at anything but 100% turns a 5mm grid into 4.8mm. These 11 tools show sizes in millimetres and hand you templates as ready-made PDFs.
- Templates to print as they are: 77 A4 sheets — grids, ruled paper, manuscript, staff paper, logs.
- Several on one sheet: image sheet layout (ID photos), business cards and labels at true size, PDF print layout.
- Forms to fill in: power of attorney, certificate of employment, quotation — each built for one A4 page.
- To work out dimensions: the paper/DPI/pixel tool tells you the pixel size you need.
My print comes out slightly small.
The print dialog is on "fit to page" or a scale below 100%. Printers cannot reach the paper edge, so shrinking is often the default. Switch to 100% / actual size.
Is what I type saved?
No. Everything entered in the letters, certificates and quotations — including the seal image — stays on this device and disappears on refresh. Print or export as soon as it is ready.
