Save

In the print dialog choose “Save as PDF” to get a file. Margins and background graphics follow your print settings.

What you type and the image you add stay in your browser and are never uploaded. Nothing is saved, so a refresh clears it.

How to use

Fill in the fields and a one-page power of attorney builds itself in the preview. You can add a stamp or signature image, and "Save as PDF" in the print dialog gives you a file. What you type stays in your browser and is never uploaded.

When to use it

  • Asking a family member to collect a document on your behalf.
  • Letting a colleague handle a company errand.
  • Producing a letter of authority for an office or a bank.

How to use it

  1. Enter the details of the principal and the agent.
  2. Describe the scope of authority concretely — what, where and how far it extends.
  3. Add a stamp or signature image (transparent PNG) if required; the stamp and signature tools here can make one.
  4. Press Print / Save as PDF to print or export.

Good to know

  • There is no national ID number field. If one is needed, write it by hand after printing — sensitive numbers are deliberately kept off the screen.
  • Nothing is saved: refreshing clears the form, so print or export as soon as it is complete.
  • Margins and background images follow the print dialog. If the stamp prints faintly, enable background graphics.
  • The layout is built to fit a single A4 page.
  • Requirements differ between institutions; use their own form when they provide one.

Frequently asked questions

Is this legally binding?

A power of attorney records who authorised whom to do what, and the content and identity verification matter more than the layout. Many institutions require their own form plus supporting documents, so check with the recipient first.

Do I need a stamp?

It depends on the institution — some accept a signature, others require a registered seal and a certificate. This tool simply lets you place a stamp image; what counts as valid is for the recipient to say.

How should I word the scope?

Be specific. "Collect one copy of my residence certificate from the X district office" is accepted far more readily than "everything relating to X".

My text overflows.

The form is sized for one A4 page. Shorten the text, or attach a separate sheet and refer to it in the document.
