Save

In the print dialog choose “Save as PDF” to get a file. Margins and background graphics follow your print settings.

What you type and the image you add stay in your browser and are never uploaded. Nothing is saved, so a refresh clears it.

How to use

Enter items, specifications, quantities, units and unit prices, and the amounts and totals calculate themselves. Choose whether tax is included or added, and the total is also written out in words. What you type stays in your browser and is never uploaded.

When to use it

  • Producing a quotation for a client quickly.
  • Totalling several line items with tax in one go.
  • Printing it complete with a company nameplate and seal.
  • Bringing in items that are already in a spreadsheet, instead of retyping them.

How to use it

  1. Enter the supplier (your company) and the recipient.
  2. Fill in the item rows; add more as needed, and each amount is quantity × unit price.
  3. Choose tax exclusive or inclusive; the net, tax and total are shown separately.
  4. Add a stamp or signature image if you like, then press Print / Save as PDF.

Good to know

  • The total is also spelled out in words, the traditional guard against an altered figure.
  • Rows beyond one A4 page continue onto a second, and the screen says how many fit.
  • The remarks field is limited to what fits on the page, with the remaining characters shown.
  • Nothing is saved — refreshing clears the form, so print or export when it is ready.
  • This is not a tax invoice. A quotation is an offer to supply on these terms.

Frequently asked questions

Exclusive or inclusive tax — what is the difference?

Exclusive means the prices you typed are before tax, so tax is added to the total. Inclusive means tax is already inside those prices, so the total is split into net and tax. Match whichever you agreed with the client.

I need more rows.

Use add row. Past the number that fits an A4 page, the rest continues on a second page. With very many items, summarise here and attach the detail separately.

Does a quotation need a seal?

No law requires it, but a nameplate and seal make it read as official. Use PNGs from the nameplate and stamp tools on this site.

Can I use it as a tax invoice?

No. A quotation is an offer; a tax invoice is a separate statutory document issued after a transaction, through your tax authority's system or accounting software.

Can I bring items in from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Open Import from a spreadsheet below the item table and choose an .xlsx file, or paste cells copied from Excel. With a header row the columns are matched by name; without one they are taken by position, and the screen tells you which happened. The file is opened in your browser and never uploaded. For cells with formulas, only the value Excel saved is read.
