Terms of Use
PlainToolkit provides free online tools. Users must use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Use of the service
- The service may be used for lawful personal or commercial purposes.
- Excessive automated requests, actions intended to disrupt the service, and exploitation of security vulnerabilities are prohibited.
- Users are responsible for managing their own devices and files when using browser-based file tools.
Accuracy and limitations
Results are provided for general reference and do not replace professional financial, legal, medical, safety, or regulatory advice. Rules that vary by country or institution should be verified with the relevant official source.
Changes to the service
Because PlainToolkit is a free service, features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued. Security or operational issues may require restrictions without advance notice.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PlainToolkit limits liability for losses arising from use of the service. Mandatory liabilities that cannot legally be limited are not excluded by this clause.
There are no accounts
PlainToolkit has no sign-up and no login, so there is no account, no password and no deletion procedure. Everyone gets the same page, and nothing about your use is kept to tell visitors apart.
What you put in, and what comes out
Whatever you type or open in a tool, and whatever the tool produces from it, is entirely yours. None of it reaches a server, so we neither store nor read it.
Using the document tools
Tools that draw documents — powers of attorney, employment certificates, quotations, seals, name plates — only lay out the form. They do not verify that anything written in them is true. Do not use them to produce false documents in someone else’s name; responsibility for that use rests entirely with the person who makes the document.
