How to use
Download and print 77 ready-made A4 templates — graph paper, ruled notes, manuscript grids, staff paper, logs and more — as PDFs. They are grouped by purpose with previews, and nothing needs installing or signing up for.
When to use it
- Printing graph or ruled paper when the notebook runs out.
- Getting manuscript grids, staff paper or dot grids for schoolwork.
- Finding a meeting minutes, ledger or attendance form for the office.
How to use it
- Pick a group — paper and grids, records, schedules, business forms and four more.
- Check the preview and choose the template you want.
- Download the PDF and print it, or write on it on a tablet.
Good to know
- Everything is a PDF, so line spacing and sizes come out identical on any device.
- Print at 100% scale (actual size). "Fit to page" turns a 5mm grid into 4.8mm.
- Line-only templates are tiny — 1.5 to 10KB. Only templates containing text carry a font and run larger.
- Templates with text, such as ledgers and minutes, exist in each language.
- The files are pre-built, so there is nothing to upload and nothing to process.
Frequently asked questions
My printed grid is slightly undersized.
The print dialog is set to "fit to page" or a scale below 100%. Printers cannot print to the very edge, so shrinking is often the default. Set 100% scale and a 5mm grid measures exactly 5mm.
Can I use these on a tablet?
Yes. Open the PDF in a handwriting app and write on top of it — the same template, as many times as you like, without paper.
Which grid spacing should I choose?
5mm suits general writing, 2–3mm maths and technical drawing, 10mm larger diagrams. Dot grids stay out of the way when sketching, and isometric grids are for three-dimensional shapes.
Can I modify a template?
Download the PDF and use the stamp tool to add images or the page-number tool to number it. To change the ruling itself, pick a different template.
