How to use

Builds a company nameplate image (PNG) from your business name, registration number, representative, address, phone, and business type. The output size is set in millimetres, so the file can go straight to a stamp maker. What you type stays in your browser and is never uploaded or stored.

When to use it

  • Producing the business details block for invoices and contracts.
  • Drafting a nameplate design to hand to a stamp shop.
  • Adding company information to a quote or tax document.

How to use it

  1. Fill in the business details — name, registration number, representative, address, phone. Empty fields simply do not appear.
  2. Business type and item each have two rows, so several lines of business fit.
  3. Under size and formatting, set the output size in mm, the text size, line spacing and colour.
  4. Adjust while watching the preview, then press Download PNG.

Good to know

  • If the text overflows, you are warned before saving — reduce the text size or widen the plate for horizontal overflow, tighten the line spacing for vertical.
  • The size is expressed in millimetres, so entering the real plate size gives a file that prints and manufactures at the right scale.
  • The business details you type are stored nowhere and vanish when the page closes.
  • The background is transparent by default, so the plate never puts a box over your document. Pick a background colour and that colour is filled in instead.

Frequently asked questions

Can a real rubber stamp be made from this?

Send the PNG to a stamp maker. Because the output size is given in millimetres, the real-world size carries over. Ask them first about the resolution and margins they expect.

My text is being cut off.

The tool says which direction overflows. Horizontally, reduce the text size or widen the plate; vertically, tighten the line spacing or make it taller. Long addresses look better split across the two address fields.

I have several lines of business.

There are two rows for business type and item. For more than that, list them in one field separated by commas.

Are my business details saved?

No. Everything is processed on this device and never sent to a server. Close the page and it is gone, so download the PNG if you need it.
