The original text and fonts are left untouched — only the image is laid on top. Rotated pages get the stamp where you see it. Files are processed in your browser and never sent to a server.
How to use
Places a stamp or signature image (PNG or JPG) on top of a PDF. A nine-cell grid sets the rough position, and in the preview you can drag it or nudge it with the arrow keys. The text and fonts of the original stay untouched — only the picture is laid over them. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
When to use it
- Stamping a contract or confirmation and sending it straight back.
- Marking every page of a multi-page document.
- Skipping the print, stamp and re-scan routine entirely.
How to use it
- Choose the PDF (up to 200 pages, 50MB) and the stamp or signature image (PNG or JPG).
- Pick which pages — all, first, last — or type a custom list such as 1, 3-5.
- Choose a position on the nine-cell grid and set size (% of page width), margin (mm) and opacity (%).
- Drag the stamp in the preview to fine-tune. After clicking it once, arrow keys move it by 1% per press, or 5% with Shift held.
- Press Save as PDF to download the stamped copy.
Good to know
- A PNG with a transparent background lets the text underneath show through; a JPG brings a white rectangle with it.
- Size goes up to 60% of the page width, margin up to 50mm.
- If a page is rotated, the stamp still lands where you see it.
- Your original file is untouched — the stamped copy comes as a new file.
- Password-protected PDFs cannot be opened.
Frequently asked questions
I do not have a stamp image.
Make one with the stamp maker on this site — type a name and it produces a transparent PNG. For a handwritten signature, draw it in the signature tool and download that as a transparent PNG.
The stamp hides the text under it.
That happens with an image that has a white background, usually a JPG. Use a transparent PNG instead, or lower the opacity so the text shows through.
The arrow keys do nothing.
Click the preview once first. That gives the area keyboard focus, after which the arrows move the stamp by 1% per press, or 5% with Shift. The reset button puts it back on the grid position.
Can different pages get different positions?
One position per run. To vary it, save once for the first range, then load that result and stamp the second range.
Is this legally binding?
This tool lays an image on a page; it is not a digital signature backed by a certificate. Whether it is accepted depends on the recipient, so check what the receiving organisation requires for anything official.
