Files to merge

Add two or more PDFs to see them listed here.

    Save

The merged PDF keeps real text, so it stays selectable and searchable. Files are processed in your browser and never sent to a server.

    How to use

Joins several PDFs into one. You can reorder the files and choose which pages of each to include. Pages are not flattened into images, so text in the merged file can still be selected, copied and searched. Everything happens in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

    When to use it

    • Sending a contract together with its annexes as a single file.
    • Submitting several scanned sheets as one document.
    • Keeping months of statements or receipts in one file.

    How to use it

    1. Choose several PDFs. Up to 20 files, 200 pages and 100MB in total (50MB per file).
    2. Use Move up / Move down to set the order. The saved file follows this list exactly.
    3. Type a range in Pages to include for any file to take only those pages; leave it empty for all. (e.g. 1-3, 5, 8-)
    4. Press Merge and save to download the result as one new PDF.

    Good to know

    • Your originals are untouched — the merged document arrives as a new file.
    • Real text is preserved, so the merged PDF stays selectable and searchable.
    • Password-protected files cannot be merged. The tool names the file that is locked.
    • When merging fillable forms, fields with the same name in two files behave as one field afterwards and change together. You are warned when that happens; values already filled in are kept.
    • Pages of different sizes are joined as they are — a mix of A4 and A3 stays mixed.

    Frequently asked questions

    How is the order decided?

By the list on screen, top to bottom — not by file name or the order you picked them. Use the move buttons to change it at any time.

Can I merge only certain pages?

Yes. Write something like 1-3, 5, 8- in the "Pages to include" box for that file. A hyphen gives a range, commas separate ranges, and leaving the end open runs to the last page.

The merged file got much bigger.

Each PDF carries its own fonts and images, and those add up; identical fonts are not deduplicated. To slim it down, drop pages you do not need, or re-export scans at a lower resolution before merging.

How many files can I merge?

Twenty files, 200 pages and 100MB in total. The work happens in your browser, so the limits keep it inside the memory of a normal device. For more, merge in two passes.

I want page numbers across the whole thing.

Merge first, then run the result through the PDF page numbers tool. Numbering each file beforehand would leave you with repeated numbers.
